NSF-certified StayFlat® Sheet Pans are available in full-size, half-size, or third-size and are available plain or coated with AMERICOAT® ePlus glaze.
Completely enclosed pan rims prevent liquid from becoming trapped under the rim, thus preventing rust, corrosion, and food contamination issues.

StayFlat® Sheet Pans are reinforced with a horizontal engineered rib that provides strength to the sidewalls of the pan. In addition, the concave bottom and residual tensile stress result in a pan that resists bowing and stays flat!
