Glazed Pan Use & Care
All Chicago Metallic glazed pans include AMERICOAT® Plus, a silicone glaze coating applied to the pan to aid in the removal of baked products and pan sanitation. Because silicone glaze is not permanent, the glazed pan use and care guidelines should be followed in order to prolong the life of the glaze and protect the pan.
