BÄ€KALON® is our name for high strength aluminum pans with a durable, dark gray, hard-coat anodized surface. Though the BÄ€KALON® surface is tough enough to resist commercial kitchen use and abuse, the pan use and care guidelines should be followed in order to protect and prolong the life of the pan.
